Upload document at run time in Journey by HR Admin for Pending Worker

Hello Mates,

We have created a Journey and Task for Employment Agreement for our client. However, Clients want to share some specific documents at runtime with Employment Agreement (legal document in Europe) to Pending Worker before joining the organization.

Example -

Client wants to share one page Job Profile with Employment Agreement. We have defined a question to capture client's response - Yes or No.
Based on this Answer, client will upload one page job profile in Journey and that will be visible to pending worker with Employment Agreement in his task section.

Kindly suggest how can we achieve this requirement.
