Removal of Compensation Data Row - Audit Check

edited Dec 17, 2024 7:07AM in Compensation 3 comments

Summary:

We have a situation where on a Headcount report back in July 1st, 2024, an Employee was showing a Salary of 'x' amount as a result of a Merit Increase. Checking currently, we no longer see the Salary Increase data row in the Employee record and the Salary is reverted back to what it was prior to the Merit Increase.

With this scenario in mind, does Oracle have any audit check capability to determine if a data row of salary is deleted and who may have deleted it?
