Accessibility/Reasonable Workplace Adjustment Passport
Summary:
Our client is looking to add an in system feature that lets employees complete a 'Workplace Adjustment Passport.' Employees with disabilities often find it frustrating to repeatedly explain their workplace adjustments whenever they get a new manager or change roles.
This passport will outline the agreed-upon adjustments and give employees control over who can access it, including peers, not just managers. They can also retract access if needed, and the passport must move with them when they switch roles.
We'd love to hear how other organisations have tackled similar requirements. We're especially keen on insights from Fujitsu UK about their 'Be Completely You' passport. The passport may also be known as a 'Reasonable Adjustment Passport', 'Accessibility Passport' or 'Workplace Accessibility Passport' in other countries. Any shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
