Error contacts reprocessing in case of Response rule campaign member integration
Hi,
I would like to know the recovery method when Response Rule integration encounters an error.
For SFDC Leads and Contacts, the processing only involves Eloqua contact field values, but during the Response Rule process, the activity field values are retained. I am not sure how to recover when these uncontrollable values in the UI cause an error.
Is it acceptable to move contacts from the wait step where they were routed after being rejected due to an error, and reprocess them using the "move to" action in the program?
