Evergreen Subsc have a prorated billing amount per period when Start Date and Align Bill different
In regards to Evergreen subscription contracts (no End Date on the products) that are billed monthly, if the subscription product has a different Start Date and a different Align Billing From date, the subscription line is billed a prorated amount twice within the Start and End date period.
Example
Product Number 36
Unit Price $3
Qty 2
Total $6
Start Date 11/13/2024
End Date is null
Align Billing From 9/1/2024
Product is billed 12/13/2024 for $3.68 and then on 1/1/2025 for $2.32, total of $6
The Align Billing From date with Evergreens is not the sole day being used to bill the customer which causes confusion with the expected billing amount per period and is also causing two prorated billings.
