ELEMENT ENTRY - Populate fields of element with the amount of component in Workforce Comp Plan

Hello experts,

we have a request of our client who is asking to populate some fields of individual element for the employee with the a compensation amount that of a component that is used in the Workforce Compensation Plan.

So we should create a link between the column in the compensation plan and the element entry. Have you worked with something similar?
