From talent profile attachments, automatically update worker's document records

Employees are updating talent profile with relevant licences and certs & including driving license in the attachment but when it goes to the line manager, they are unable to view the document link, its greyed out.

How can we link Driving License attachment to that document type? I can view the option to attach or add a link. How can I get the link to work?
