We want to uncheck the "Allow manual price update on fulfilled orders" in configure procurement business unit function so that we are not allowed to update price after PO is partially or fully received BUT we want to be able to update the PO price once the PO is invoiced (but not received) so that the PO price can be fixed prior to receiving and it causes no Invoice Price variance.

As per note below, If we uncheck "Allow manual price update on fulfilled orders" in configure procurement business unit function, then it is not allowing price change even if the PO is invoiced but not received.
