File Link for PO FBDI (File-Based Data Import (FBDI)) for 25A Procurement

I am looking at the PO FBDI (File-Based Data Import (FBDI)) for 25A Procurement at Oracle Help Center.

But the file link seems like not the updated one as the PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_INTERFACE do not have the column of REQ_HEADER_REFERENCE_NUM which I looking for.

Can I have the latest file link please? I am exploring whether PO could be uploaded with proper linkage back to requisition to update the status.

It the linkage possible to be built via FBDI upload?
