how to add customized text at the program level so that when employee tries to enroll, they can see

Summary: i want to add customized text different for both hourly and salaried employees when they try to enroll into unrestricted plans from ESS page.

When we login as a Salaried associate, go on the benefits tab under 'Me', and click on start enrollment, before the confirmation page, i want to add some text and the link for document of records for both hourly and salaried employees differently. I want to know is there any configuration at the program/plan tyoe level that can help.
