Last modified date of Payables Unaccounted and Sweep Report does not match with 24C/24D upgrade date

Hi,
24C patch was applied to our systems in August-24 and 24D in November-24, but the last modified date of Payables Unaccounted and Sweep Report is 10/3/24. The auditors wanted to know how did the last modified of Payables Unaccounted and Sweep Report change to 10/3/24.

Can anyone please confirm what could be the reason for change of in last modified date of this report?
