How to relable fields in the Self Service Requisitioning Product screen (Redwood)

Search for an item in self service requisitioning screen. Item is found, click on Sold by 'supplier name' link, more item details are displayed. Need to relable fields such as Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part Number and UNSPSC to values our customer is used to.

Search for an item in self service requisitioning screen. Item is found, click on Sold by 'supplier name' link, more item details are displayed. Need to relable fields such as Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part Number and UNSPSC to values our customer is used to.

I have spent quite a lot of time looking into if I can rename these fields using VB Express Studio. All the documents I can find are suggesting the page is only editable if there is a blue box around the area when you move your cursor across the page. There is no such blue option the page I need to change. See screenshot.
