Delayed Workforce Compensation Adjustments for Employees on Leave of Absence

Summary:

Hello,

Our business is looking to confirm if Oracle HCM Compensation can accommodate the following requirement:

We plan on tracking leave of absence status using standard system functionality, namely by using assignment status to track our population of employees on Leave of Absence.

The primary question the business has is as follows:

There is a sub-population of eligible employees within a given Workforce Compensation plan and cycle, who are marked to receive a salary increase, and who are also on leave of absence. Is there any way the system can keep their salary adjustment, administered via the Workforce Compensation Plan, in a pending state, and apply the salary adjustment automatically when the employees assignment status is updated to reflect they have returned from leave?

Howdy, Stranger!
