Need to create custom candidate email notification post requisition cancelation

Hello All,

I need to send email notification to candidates when a requisition is canceled by recruiter/hiring manager, informing them that they are still in our database and are indeed not rejected.

Kindly let me know which trigger event in message template matches my requirement.
