    There is an option in ORC to process contingent worker as External Candidates :

    Below is the Oracle description.

    Before you decide to process contingent workers are external candidates, make sure that:

    • All job applications of contingent workers are in terminal status.
    • Users (including employees) aren't active on Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting. This is to avoid the creation of any new candidate job applications.
