Incorrect Subscription Header Total Contract Value (TCV) during Contract Amendment

When an amendment is performed on a subscription, there is a new "Draft" product line added alongside the amended product line. The TCV for the subscription header incorrectly includes both the new "Draft" product line and the amended product line, but it does not do the repricing of the amended product line. The amended product line's TCV is not repriced or adjusted to reflect the impact of changes (such as pricing or product adjustments), so its TCV value remains same as the initial value.
