Too many matching record found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records

Hi Team,

We get the message 'Too many matching record found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records' when we try to submit a remittance batch. This issue occurs only when we try to submit the batch when there are more than 1000 receipts to remit.
If we schedule the program it errors out. Could you please let us know how can we increase the limit? During month end, we have more than 1000 receipts for remittance.
