Unable to edit or inactivate job profile

Summary:

We were looking to change the job description within the Job profile. When we clicked on the edit pencil, the Job description disappears. When we also try to inactivate the job profile, we get a rest error. We are using custom roles, we tried with seeded roles and still getting the error. Any advice?
