EISCD - Upload of new Bank Branches

Looking for Easier process to upload new Bank Branches to Fusion

In order to keep the Bank Branches up to date on the system, we subscribe via VocaLink to the EISCD file. We are advised by our support partner that we have to upload only added Bank branches to the system. This is a manual process as new file has to be compared to previous file in order to identify the new branches, and can be prone to error.

Is anyone doing anything that is easier in order to keep the list of bank branches up to date on Fusion
