How to find if the ap_invoice_distributions_all.rounding_amt is a credit record or a debit record?

Hi All,

I am having a record in ap_invoice_distributions_all table to which I can see a Rounding_amt. The ap_invoice_distributions_all.rounding_amt is 0.03. How can I figure out if the record is a debit or credit record?
Why we don't have a separate entry for the rounding_amt in ap_invoice_distributions_all table?
