Job offer transaction approval is failing for specific recruiting type

Hello expert,

We have an issue when submitting an offer letter for approval it fails but only for a specific recruiting type (Apprentice/Trainee).
I launched the "Fetch Transaction Details" diagnostic but didn't have much details on how to reconfigure the workflow.

Below is the issue description visible:
"The request operation failed with the business rules defined for SupervisoryRulesListSet".
