How to remove "Starting Odometer Reading" from Expense Report?

Summary:

I want to removed the "Starting Odometer Reading" and "Ending Odometer Reading" fields, so the user does not have to enter them on an Expense Claim

But I cannot find where to disable them. They do not appear to be part of the Expense Report Template, nor part of the DFF setup.
