CCS sends Device to OFS. Can that device be removed from OFS?

Does Device Removal, Device Exchange, Device Change out support covered in the CCSOFSC Accelerator. Mostly Equipment Attach, Detach, Replace, Exchange, Move Equipment to New Meter is supported. Can you clarify how Device Exchange or Device Changeout or Device Removal scenario performed thru the CCSOFSC Accelerator.

Device and Meters are same in CCS. In OFS through Device Verification Plugin (OOTB) we are able to query the meters using badge number and then install Meters, but is there any process for removing the Meters?
