Expense Bank Account Active Button Unable to be Checked/Unchecked
Hi Everyone,
In the Manage Bank Accounts screen in expenses, why is it that the active button is grayed out and unable to be checked or unchecked at some points and other times it can be?
For example, a user wants to uncheck the box, but it is grayed out. I logged in to the user's account in a lower environment to do some testing, but it is able to be unchecked or checked at any point.
My next step would be to instruct the user to create a new bank account and mark it as primary and then uncheck it, but unsure if that is the best way?
