Service Return Default Ship Date
Summary:
We have an issue where we have an item that is being returned, we return this via the service module and when we do this, we create a ship line in the part details of the service request.
Our issue currently is, we are pushing the order over to Order Management with no customer request date. When we book this in, the ship line is defaulting to the day its entered as the ship date on the order, even though we haven't received the item yet.
What we are looking for?
We want no ship date to be on the line within Order Management when we create the shipment from the Service Module via the details of the service request because we do not know when the item is going to be returned from the customer and cannot work on it until it is returned.
