What is the definition of "DONE" and "ACTIVE" in the "Status" column in Responsys?

In Responsys, under the "Insight" dropdown, "Monitor Campaigns" tab, there is a column named "Status". In this "Status" column, there are 2 values - "DONE" and "ACTIVE". What are the definitions for "DONE" and "ACTIVE"?
