Hello, I have been experiencing issues accessing a new account on the new MOCS.
I have received the subscription ID and account name from the account administrator, who obtained them from OCI, by following the steps in the document below:
However, I am still getting an error message on the Identification Verify page stating "Identification not matched."
FYR, I was able to access the same account on My Oracle Services(MOS) using support identifier without any issues.
