Cannot call REST API from external system using UTL_HTTP

in OCI - General

Hi,

We have been using UTL_HTTP since last 6-7 years to call REST API within Fusion. Since Dec 13th they have started failing

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-29273: HTTP request failedORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1130ORA-28860: Fatal SSL errorORA-06512: at "APPS.XXOPX_EBSFUS_INV_ONHND_INT_PKG", line 803ORA-06512: at line 1

I did download the certificate and imported it in Oracle Db (external), but still no luck
