Ex-employee is being routed to the internal jobs page
Summary:
We have an ex-employee that is being routed to the internal jobs pages to apply for a job. She is using her personal email that we have on file to create her candidate profile and that's usually not an issue. I also confirmed she is terminated and inactive within Core HR with an effective date that is prior to today (by a couple weeks).
Has anyone else experience this? How can we resolve this issue so she can apply as an external candidate?
