Auto-populate the Project context DFF segments at the requisition distribution level

Summary:

We are trying to auto-populate the Project context DFF segments at the requisition distribution level automatically using a DFF available for project in the Requisition header DFF.
The expectation is that the user enters lines on the requisition using shop button (shopping lists/select by category).. the lines are entered and the project and task context on the distribution get inherited form the header DFF.

We will not be able to use preferences because the user will be working on multiple projects and simultaneously entering requisitions for the same. The user cannot be expected to remember to change the preferences every time.
