Create Job Offer using Soap Api For Taleo TEE

Summary:

Hi,

I am trying to create a job offer using APIs and have found the following WSDL:

https://{Zone}.taleo.net/enterprise/soap?ServiceName=OfferService&wsdl

However it only includes the below Services:

I have two questions:

  1. Are these the only services available for the OfferService API, or do I need to assign additional privileges/roles to my user to access more services?
  2. Is any of the listed services specifically for creating a job offer, or is there another API/WSDL I should use for this functionality?
