Can a contact in eloqua reply to an email campaign which he/she has received?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement, where we have configured an email campaign, and in the campaign, there a lot of email templates configured as well. In one of the email templates, contacts need to reply back to the email address, in order to continue the campaign flow. Can this be implemented in Eloqua? Please do find the below emails which has been configured, and the hightlighted one is the reply email.
