Clone and Modify seeded HCM flows "Payroll Register" & "Statutory Deduction Register"

Summary:


We have a requirement to clone and then modify seeded Oracle HCM flows i) "Payroll Register" & ii) "Statutory Deduction Register"

Modifications include:

  1. adding new parameters, (eg. Business Unit)

2. filtering these extracts based on the newly added parameters

3. adding new fields to the output of these extracts

Is this feasible ?

Is it recommended by Oracle to clone and modify seeded HCM Extracts ?

If Yes, than what is preferred method to clone and modify seeded HCM Extracts.

 

Is it possible to create a BIP report having the same functionality as Payroll Register and Statutory Deduction Register.

Are there an seeded BIP reports which can be repurposed ?
