A pending worker user account is created with no email ID

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue when we move the candidate to the move to HR phase, A pending worker record is created but there is no email ID tagged to that candidate. Since there is no email ID in the user account candidates are not receiving email to their home email account.

I have enabled the below-mentioned profile values as well.

ORA_PER_USER_ACCOUNT_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL - Y

ORA_PER_CHECKLIST_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL - Y
