Person Security Profile with the custom criteria to restrict worksheet access

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We want to restrict the worksheet access as per the personnel office(This is an additional info at the department level). We have written a custom criteria in the person security profile. Followed the below thread exactly but we are not getting the expected output.

HR manager is still able to act as proxy manager outside his personnel office.

Is there any specific scheduled process to regenerate the grants? or am i missing anything?
