Can't Delete Talent Rating

Can't delete talent rating neither through UI or HDL

Hello Everyone,

I added Performance talent ratings to an employee and tried to delete them with no chance. When I clicked on Edit button there was no option for deletion.

Then, I tried TalentProfile HDL that was loaded successfully, but for some reason it didn't reflect into employee's talent profile.

I appreciate if you have faced similar issue to share your experience with it.
