Need clarity on additional licenses required for using the Help Desk work requests features
Summary:
In the Implementation Guide document, it is mentioned that -
To submit a Work Request for an Asset, you don't need any additional subscription. However, to manage a Work Request for an Asset and create Work Orders, you must have an Oracle Sales and Service Enterprise Subscription.
Can someone please clarify what this means? Do we need to subscribe for the additional services apart from Supply Chain Execution track to manage these work requests life cycle from end-to-end?
