How to update Tax Rate for Sales Order

Hi

I would like to confirm if Tax rate is updateable?

Currently, we noticed that Sales Order doesnt pick up or generate tax even after we have assigned it on the SO level.

After saving the SO, the value of tax is still zero and not saved. After which, I checed the oracle docs related to tax and found that tax rate should be enabled for Order to Cash.

I triied to edit but the the Tax classificatiob code set assignments is not updateable. Could you please confirm on this?
