I would like to reach out to you on how to correctly identify whether the new/existing privileges mentioned in "What's New" would trigger any SKU subscription.

Taking this new feature as an example: Redwood: Receive Work Order Destination Purchases Using the Responsive Self-Service Receiving Application

That is in 25A's What's New:

The 2nd privilege mentioned in the "Access Requirements" is not existing in any of the seeded roles, but this privilege is available prior to this update of 25A:
