Trouble selecting target on pop-out page.

Summary:

I'm trying to target the Create Another and OK buttons on the pop out window for adding supplier contact information. I'm able to select the form fields and other areas as targets, as well as areas on the register supplier page, however, the OK button in the image below does not seem to be valid when testing the smart tip.
