segment value security not working after 24D update

I have enabled the Segment value Security for 24D through the Manage Chart of Accounts Configurations but still the Restricted values are not showing for the given role in the spreadsheet. Also i am facing error while trying to open the Rules Assignments Sheet in the spreadsheet. IF anyone have faced issue on this please help and guide us with the steps to fix this issue. Please find the error screenshot of the Rules Assignment sheet.
