Blank Owner Field for Account in Workspace UI, but User Set as Owner Under Team Subtab
The Account Owner field is blank in the Workspace UI but shows an owner after drilling down into the Account Team subtab. The user was disabled and then re-enabled, but their name cannot be found using the owner filter.
The user was locked to be disabled, then has been re-enabled through the following steps:
- Security Console - Locate User - Edit - Uncheck Lock and Check Active.
- Add Roles.
- In View Resources, End Date was removed.
Any suggestions on why this is occurring and possibly a solution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
