Issue with Sales Order - Unable to Recover Line Status

We are experiencing an issue with Sales Order in production, where one of the sales lines is showing a status of CHANGE PENDING. When we click on the line, the following error message is displayed:

“Task 300001869329534 for orchestration process 300001869329525 couldn't be completed. Use either the recover task, recover order, or recover process to recover the task or process. (DOO-2685501).”

However, when attempting to recover the order by using the Recover Order option, the recovery process is not successful.

Could you please look into this issue and provide guidance or assistance in resolving it? Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as this is impacting order processing.
