How do I change the status of past attempts of an assessment?

Hi, we need to change the status text of past attempts of an assessment carried out by a learner in learning.

Change "Passed" to "Completed"

Change "Not passed" to "Try again"

If this is not possible, how can we hide it? I await guidance. Thank you.
