Payroll Name pick list not showing all values in dropdown

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

We have a very big list of payroll, and any payroll name starting from W or later is not showing in pick-list creating job offer. Do you have any solution? Also, could you please share details if it is possible to create a new DFF (Same as payroll name) and default real payroll name from this DFF. Thank you
