For the alerts, we set “Enabled: No”, but at the top they keep having “Enabled: Yes”

Hello,

we have a need to disable the following alerts “IRC_Requisition_Initiation” and “IRC_Req_Posted_Int_Ex”.
We proceeded to set “No” the “Enabled” item in alert composer, but we noticed that in the upper left corner it always displays “Enabled: Yes”. Why does this happen?
