Creating a level0descendent variable for allocation rule is not populating

Summary:

• Creating a new allocation rule by copying an existing, I go to the Accounting Period POV and for the Subledger value, select Variable.  In the box that opens, Database is listed as scope and I select Create.  I select the appropriate options under Essbase and the Actions > New.  I'm able to enter the name and select Type of 'Member'.  In the dimension I select Subledger and in the Default Value area, select Function.  From the box that opens, I select the Level0Decendants value and in the Member Name area select Member.  I am able to find the Subledger Current
