REST API or SOAP services to remove person information

Summary: Is there a REST API or SOAP services that will allow daily activity integration for removing terminated employees information like Ethnicity, assignment, NID etc.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have requirement to delete employees information after they are terminated from organization more than 7+ years. We have out of box solution to remove person information in Data Exchange > Remove person information but it will manual job. We want to make it as automated using OIC integration. If anybody knows Rest API or Soap Service to call and perform this activity, please needed information on it.
