Can you turn on Redwood Goals and not Performance? User Experience Concern.
Summary:
We are in the midst of finalizing year-end reviews, which are due by Friday, January 31st. Immediately following this, on Monday, February 3rd, we will commence our Goal Setting process.
Although the performance documents are expected by January 31st, we often encounter instances where submissions are incomplete or require revisions. We intend to activate Redwood for the Goal Setting phase to ensure a consistent experience for all participants from the outset. However, we are committed to ensuring that this does not adversely affect the performance review experience.
