SCM: Work confirmation needs to be canceled, to cancel the PO and to release the obligated budget

Dear Team,

Users wants to cancel the Complex POs to release the obligated budget, but as we don't have feasibility to cancel/correct the work confirmations user is not able to cancel the PO, kindly advise how we can release the obligated budget.
